Replacement/ Refund/Cancellation Policy

We have a convenient return policy of 15 days for apparels and 7 days for other items. If you are not satisfied with the product size, fitting or other features you can send it back to us within 15 days (apparels) and 7 days (other products) from the date when you receive the product and request for a replacement or refund of the same.

How the return process works

It is a 2 step simple process

Step 1 - Send back the product through courier. While returning please place the product in a tamper proof bag and use a good courier service to ensure that the product is not damaged during transit.

Step 2 - Reply with invoice details to returns@habooz.com requesting a replacement or refund of the product.


Mode of refund payment

The refund will be done the way the payment was made. In case of a payment through Credit Card or Net-Banking, the refund would be through Credit Card or Net-Banking account. In case the payment mode was "Cheque" or "COD", the amount will be deposited in your bank account, the details of which need to be provided by you when opting for a refund. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you for the details.

Mandatory Conditions for return policy

  • The original tags should be intact.
  • Habooz.com does not allow returns of washed or used merchandise.
  • Please ensure proper packaging of the product while returning it. The product should be packed in tamper proof bag (available with all courier services). We will initiate the return/ refund process once we have received the product and have completed quality checks to ensure that the product is in good condition and unused.
  • To ensure a speedy return process, please mention in your replacement/ refund request, the Courier Company’s name and the AWB number through which the product(s) is returned to us along with the product no. as specified on the Invoice. Please also provide a proof of your cost of courier. In case these details are not sent across, we will not be able to initiate the return process.

Habooz.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.

 Cancellation Policy

The customer is entitled to 100% refund if the order placed is cancelled before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, the refund policy would be as mentioned above. In case of any query, please contact us on our registerd number.

Transaction Error

In case the payment has been deducted twice from your account, we will credit the extra amount in your account. This may take 14 working days.
